▲The solution to the above situation:
❶Go to a maintenance shop or modify the cigarette lighter cable yourself to bypass the current limiting device and connect it directly to the cigarette lighter.
❷Directly connect to the battery.
2.Because the heater is a high-power electrical appliance with relatively large working current (approx. 12.5A), using it when engine is off is not recommenced. You may drain the car battery. We also recommend not using it for more than 30 minutes to avoid over-heating.
3.If there occurs sudden shutdown after working for a few minutes, it is because overcurrent protection kicked in and shorted the cigarette lighter. Please make sure you have a 15A socket before using the product.
4.If the heat fan is not warm enough, it might be that car battery capacity is not big enough.
5.If the fan is heating but not blowing, or there is burnt smell, please cut the power supply immediately and contact us for assistance.
